Cedro Peak

This is our second year as the race directors of this long-standing race in the beautiful Cibola National Forest. We are working hard to bring you another amazing event! You may have noticed that the courses we offer have changed a little this year– we will still have the 50k race and the “Heavy Half” event has been renamed the “25k.” The courses for the 50k and 25k races will be largely the same as last year but will be updated to accommodate some changes in aid station locations and for smoother navigation of the trail system. 

Be sure to check out this website periodically as we will update any changes to the 50k and 25k courses soon. For your reference, the 2023 course maps are still up.

This year we plan to have t-shirts and finisher awards as well as top finisher prizes (M/F). Jackrabbit Racing will provide professional race timing.  Our friends at Lobo Photo NM (Travis McWhorter and Amanda Babicke) will take official race photos. We will have finish line food and drink as well as amazing aid stations and volunteers. Cibola Search and Rescue and local Ham Radio operators are back on board to help keep runners safe and accounted for as you navigate the trails.
