Swim: 750 meter loop, swim one or two times – in Twin Lake – diamond shape course, counter clockwise swim.

Bike: 20 K (12.5 miles) out and back course – one time for sprint race, two laps for Olympic race, on incredibly scenic and slightly hilly terrain. Course is on newly paved roads that generally have very light traffic. There will be volunteer support along the route, but there are no major intersections. There will be one aid station on the bike course at the turn around point and there will be a sag wagon on the course.

Run: 5 K (3.1 miles) – both on and off road, including a stretch of road on which runners will pass 3 times, so it is extremely spectator friendly. There will be one aid station that runners will pass 3 times.  The Olympic course adds and extra loop into town.
