Taos School of Music Chamber Music Festival

Celebrate the opening of the School's monumental 60th season with your friends and this year's special Young Artist cohort. For 6 decades, the Taos School of Music has been the country's preeminent training program for elite early career musicians. Every summer, 19 specially selected musicians come to Taos to study with famed professional string quartets.

During this special event, you'll celebrate in style at the elegant Taos Country Club. You'll enjoy wine and hors d'oeuvres before experiencing an unforgettable performance by the exciting young ensemble - the Balourdet Quartet!

The Balourdet is perhaps the hottest young string quartet in the country, and this marks their first appearance as a quartet in Taos. However, 3 of the 4 members are Taos School of Music alumni and are thrilled to be back in Taos.
