Shattuck Vineyard wine is distinctive offering both White and Red Zinfandel as well as Pinot Gris. The wines are made through a typical process; the grapes are crushed, de-stemmed and put through a temperature controlled fermentation followed by resting with some toasted oak for the red Zinfandel. Â Once the wine is ready, bottling and labeling takes place at our winery. Our goal is to provide great palatable wines at an affordable price. Â We are extremely happy to be part of this beautiful Sierra County.Â
